Hi, I just subscribed to Fitbit premium and all my data is gone. Except on my old device and when I log in on the web,all my data is there as usual. I don't know what to do to keep my data on my new device and with the premium.
Please help, kind regards

I would like you to make sure you're logging into the same account as before. When you subscribe to Premium, you should log in to Fitbit using the same email address that you used when subscribing. Please double check that the email address on your online Dashboard is the same than the one showing on your Fitbit app.
