Hi,

 

I have to admit I pay for premium, but I haven't used the benefits since the pandemic.  The last time I used the benefits from premium there was a separate app if I remember correctly that had guided cardio programs like Treadmill C25K and different treadmill workouts that had recorded trainers telling you when to speed up, walk, etc.  Is this no longer a feature?

Hi, @Skyerules , you can find these under the Discover at the bottom of the opening Today screen in your app.  If you haven’t checked out the programs in a while you will find that a LOT of new ones have been added!

I can not see the guided programs in the Discovery of the Premium Program in Belgium. Do I need to change to a different language/location to see the guided programs?
