The videos that are under the fitbit coach section are not working for me. I've closed the app, signed out and signed back in, and have reset my phone. I get a notification saying the audio will still work even if my phone goes to sleep, with a black screen and a white spinning wheel and it never progresses past that. What can I do to get these to work?

Yah, trying to listen to a meditation that isn't working is doing the exact opposite of what I'm trying to achieve!

I am having the same issue. I use Coach for mindfulness sessions before bed. It stopped working for me tonight. I wonder if it is related to some of the other issues users are having right now across FitBit overall?

In light of the data you provide. Please confirm that you are currently using the most recent version of the Fitbit app. If you do, kindly try to force-quit the app before trying again.
I've noticed that some of you are experiencing trouble with mindfulness sessions and workout videos. Please confirm whether the problem is with all of the videos on the Coach page or just a few of them.
