Free premium...with consecutive free trials?

I signed up for the free trial and cancelled immediately as i was only hoping to remove the premium icon from the iphone app...which it worked!

Now, the icon appeared on the app again for the free trial period.  My previous free trial had expired a day ago, so it's only been 1 day that i haven't had premium and now i'm being offered the free trial again!

I opted into yet another free trial!

I don't know if this is the expected behavior, but if it happens a 3rd time we might have a pattern.  Hopefully this helps a few users out who are on the fence about premium and maybe those that are paying could save a little money.

@DavideFitbit It turns out i wasn't supposed to get the free offer the 2nd time around!  Fitbit is unsure why i got it again, but it is in fact only a one time thing.

It also turns out that it wasn't free the the 2nd time either despite all the popups and everything saying that it was free for 7 days. In this case when i signed up for what was supposed to be the free trial it automatically enrolled me into the 30 day subscription (that was what i picked for the trial). I was charged the $9.99 immediately unlike with the previous free trial.

So consecutive free trials don't exist  and if you are seeing the offer again its probably too good to be true! Fitbit said its not a common occurrence, but has happened to others before.

Hi @thenameless1, thank you for sharing this information about the 7 day free trial offer that appeared on your account again.

It'd be interesting to see if the trial is offered to you again for the third time, just to see how the app behaves and if it recognizes that you already had the trial previously. Please let me know if you experience this again; I started the free trial a few das ago, but waited around 5 to cancel, so I didn't receive the offer again.

Please keep me posted.
