I subscribed at premium package and it didn't work with me as a premium subscription even after the amount of money taken

Thank u I read the article 2 days ago and the app still not working till now
Their phone number is not connecting
Their live chat is not working
I sent an email 2 days ago they didn't replay
I don't have Twitter to send a message for them
And they just took my money and no premium subscription worked and no
replay or any kind of communication
How I can get back my money ??
