Gap in sleep log

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I only get a complete sleep log once or twice a week. Many times there is a gap of 2 - 3 hrs at about 2:30 so it can't create a log.  Anyone know what might be causing this?  Thanks.

@MrsT2020 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.

I would like you to try the following:

- Restart your Fitbit

- If your device doesn't have heart rate, change the sleep Sensitivity to Normal

- Try sleeping with your Fitbit on your non-dominant hand

I would like to move your post to the correct board, please let me know the Fitbit model that you have.

Let me know the outcome.

Thank you for getting back to me. I have a Charge 3 only about 2 weeks old.
I don't have a problem with other features other than getting a chuckle
that it detects stair climbing from just getting in & out of a golf car -
shows I climb 7 or more floors. Well, yes, one step each time I get out to
hit the ball and 'climb' back in.
What is the best message board to use? Again, thanks.

I was able to restart my Charge 3. I do wear it on non-dominant arm. Last night I did get about 5 hrs that does show a lot. Then there was a gap and my last hour of sleep has minimal data. It does show for most of the night that my heart rate stayed above my daytime resting rate. Also I was quite restless. I do have sleep apnea and take a prescription for restless legs. I just don't know what interrupts the Fit bit data. I am not awake or up out of bed although it sometimes corresponds to a visit to the bathroom.
