Gemini added to App?

I was reading and even ran across screen shots of the Gemini Diamond located within the Fitbit app, it sounded like it
as a slow rollout this month for users that signed up for the pilot? But I'm not sure if that's legit, does anyone have a link or first hand knowledge of this? I'm really hoping it's awesome as I think it could be.

Here is info about the new Fitbit app. If you scroll to the very end, there's a link to sign up for the Public Preview. That article says that the preview is supposed to start rolling out in October, so it should be starting very soon.

Thanks, I signed up, I’m hoping it’s more than what the promo video shows, Looks like just another pre canned coach avatar. I’m just getting away from Apple Health, Apple seems to be completely stalled out, and it’s super expensive.

On the topic of price, you have to be a Fitbit Premium member in the US to participate in the Public Preview of the new app. You also have to be an Android user to enroll in the earliest phase of the preview. It will be rolled out to iOS users at a later date. I don't know when that will happen.

Oh yeah that’s to bad, I am a premium member but I still have an iPhone, My previous health trackers were just cheap ones from Amazon, which had tons of app issues and never sinked with Apple health correctly. The Fitbit app doesn’t really work with Apple at all so I’m hoping the updates to Fitbit as Google Fit ends, means everything will be in one app.

Hi there,

Honestly, I’ve seen the same chatter about Gemini being added to the app, including those screenshots of the Gemini Diamond showing up in Fitbit for some early pilot users, but it still feels like a slow staggered rollout. No solid confirmation yet, though a few people claim they got it through an updated build shared on usual sources, so it might just be trickling out region by region. If anyone has first-hand access or a reliable link, that would finally clear things up—really hoping it turns out as good as it sounds.

Bundle Of Thanks!

@elmerharris at this time, the Public Preview has only rolled out to Android users in the US who have subscriptions to Fitbit Premium. Users in other countries and those with iOS will get access to the Public Preview later. It is not possible to gain access to the Public Preview through a "usual source". You can find more information about the Public Preview here however.
