Get Fit Bingo Not Synching

My Bingo is not showing the correct activity today.  I have synched, restarted my phone and the app is up to date.  Quite frustrating as I need to flip more tiles but my activity on the game is not matching my activity that is accurate.

@MZ_Tara A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the screenshot attached. 

 

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. I see where your frustration is coming from. 

 

Keep in mind that once you have flipped some tiles, the data will be deducted and therefore the data won't match because of the tiles that have been flipped. This could be the reason why it's showing only half of the data in the Challenge. 

 

In order for your Fitbit to sync the information keep the Bluetooth always on or sync at least once a day.
