Get Fit Bingo not syncing active minutes

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I’m in a Get Fit Bingo challenge right now, and despite having 200 active minutes for the last few days (it reflects properly on my profile), my challenge shows zero active minutes. Everything else (steps and distance) is working. Anyone else?

I have a Versa and deleted it, then reinstalled and resynced. I have also deleted and reinstalled the app – nothing. This has happened to just me in the challenge and has occurred since the first day of the challenge (we’re on day 3 or 4 now).

@aubraw It's nice to see you on the Community.

Thanks for sharing what you're experiencing with Get Fit Bingo Challenges. I appreciate the troubleshooting tried.

It's pretty weird that your active minutes aren't showing on your Challenge. I would like you to provide me with a screenshot of the Challenge data and your Dashboard. Also, let me know the phone model you have.

Keep me posted!

Thank you for the response! Attached are my two images. Our challenge started Sunday, so I should have over 200 active minutes in my challenge — instead, it remains at zero. Also, I have an iPhone X and have all current software updates (as well as the most recent Fitbit app). Thanks!

Today, my challenge randomly shows me having 23 active minutes, despite the fact that I’ve logged 70 today (and more earlier in the week that it hasn’t counted)

Has there been any resolution for this issue? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, unpaired and repaired my Charge 3 woth the app. And still the bingo does not show any of my active minutes.

I've had the exact same thing going on. It started recently. I uninstalled and updated the app about two weeks ago which fixed the '1 hour left to start' bug. The Bingo game was counting my activity for about a week and then stopped earlier this week. I haven't tried uninstall, reinstall but seems weird to have to keep doing this to get the game to work.

I continue to have issues with this. And have never heard back from anyone, or seen a suggested fix that I haven't already done. This is very frustrating

I've been having the exact same issue with my Charge 3, Premium, iPhone 11Pro... No active minutes turning into Bingo Activity Minutes. I've contacted support multiple times with no resolution.

Hi all,

My active minutes have not loaded to an active bingo game for two days. The app says I had 165 active minutes yesterday but inside the game it never changes from 15. Any ideas how I can fix this (so I know for now and the future).  Thanks

Hi,

I've been playing Bingo for a long time with friends and it's been going well until a month or so ago. I just went for a walk with 59 minutes in the Fat burn zone and 4 mins cardio but my bingo card just shows 9 active minutes from yesterday. What is happening?

Same here, and it’s not just me, but one of my friends also.  Fitbit has been having severe issues since last week and it seems things aren’t getting fixed.

Happens to me almost every challenge at some point.

Hello everyone, thanks for your participation in the Community.

Thanks for the details shared in your posts. I understand how you are feeling and recommend trying the following:

  1. Confirm that your Fitbit app and Fitbit device are up to date. For instructions on how to update the app and Fitbit device, see How do I update the Fitbit app? and How do I update my Fitbit device?
  2. Force sync the app to make sure the latest data has been synced: How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?

Please note I have merged several threads with this issue.

Hope this helps.

Any suggestions on how to fix this as it’s happening to me too. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, force quit watch, checked for updates on both, no difference. I’m getting tired of how buggy this app is and how so many things are not being fixed (e.g. issues w/other programs etc.)
