I recently decided to try Fitbit Premium service and one of the features is “Get more Sleep” 2 week program. Part of that feature it plays music or sounds to help relax and get some asleep easier that rang from 15-45 minutes. The music or sound doesn’t play longer then 1 minute and 15 seconds, without me continuing to unlock phone and click the Play/pause button Twice every minute and 15 seconds. Idk about anyone else but that is frustrating and doesn’t help me relax or fall asleep. Would recommend the developers look into this error & fix

I appreciate that you mentioned you're experiencing this with Get More Sleep guided program. I see where you're coming from.
I would like you to log out from the app and force quit any open apps on the phone using audio or music. Also, please force quit the Fitbit app and re-open the Guided program and try again. Can you let me know if this is happening when your phone locks or does it automatically stops at 1 minute even though your phone doesn't lock?

I have completed all of the requested suggestions and it appears to stop about a minute and 15 seconds after the phone locks itself or when I lock it myself as the light from phone display is not conducive to trying to sleep. There are apps that are free that provide the same feature as the melodies provided that are able to function when phone is locked and even have the ability to close app once done if user selects option.
just something for Fitbit Dev to consider. Thx

I’m having this issue too and it’s also happening with some of the exercise apps in premium. This is very frustrating so I will try what was suggested to you but it doesn’t sound like you had much luck with that. I will check back in after I try to do what was suggested. Wish me luck!
