Hello,

I signed up for the free trial of Fitbit Premium. I am coming close to the end so I'm wanting to cancel it before I get charged.

Everytime I go into the Fitbit app and to 'Manage Subscription," I click it, and it sends me to a Google play page prompting  to discover subscriptions. When I press Get Started, it prompts me to scroll through apps. When I find the Fitbit app, and click manage subscription from there, it does the same thing! Takes me to the Discover Subscriptions / Get Started page.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app. I'm not sure what else to do - please help!

Nevermind. It was an issue with my Google Play account.
