I'm also having the same problem, with same error message. I quit the program, started a new one about a week or so later, and it's doing same thing again. About 3 - 4 days into the program. ☹

Thanks for the screenshot attached and the detailed information shared. If you're still getting this error message, let's try the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Clear the app cache if you have an Android phone
- Force quit the app if you have an iOS phone
- Restart your phone
- Log back in and try to activate it again

Iphone 12 pro max with the latest OS. Yes, I have tried accessing the Beginning Running program and it still gives the server error. At this point, I think I will cancel my trial premium membership and find another app to use. Thanks!
I have some this twice now and still am unable to begin week 2… it always goes through week one just fine but I get the server error every time I begin week 2. This seems to be a long term problem given the dates of these complaints in the forum. Why is the program offered if you’re only able to do half of it?? When can we expect this problem to be solved? Thank you.
