Getting "Login failed" message

I signed up for Fitbit premium. It is showing all work outs but when I click to start work out it says login failed . I have reset password. Still does not work.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. To better assist you, please reply to the following questions: 

- Are you receiving a login failed on the Fitbit app or Fitbit Coach?
- Can you log in from the online Dashboard?

In the meantime, please try to force quit, clear the case of the app and try again.
