Glicemy tracker in Italy

AFAIK there's a glicemy tracker available in several country (also in EU).

I don't see Italy in this list and indeed i don't have this functionality, so i have two questions:

1) Is it possible to enable it? What can i do for help about it?

2) I travel a lot between Italy,Uk and US. Is there a way to setup my account to follow US rules?
