I’ve been going back and forth with customer service for over week now with no help.
I'm trying to sign up for the premium trial that came with my Luxe. When I use the app, it says payment isn’t authorized. Customer service says it’s an Apple problem, but it’s not. I use Apple Pay and have several other subscription apps that work just fine. I believe it’s a programming glitch in the app (intentional to avoid free trials, maybe).
Then I tried to sign up on the website. It only gives a 3 month trial option.
I see I’m not the only one with this issue and no one seems to get it resolved. It seems like fraud to me.
I just want access to what my purchase entitles me to.

I am having the exact same payment failing issue on my Pixel Watch, so yeah, it's probably not an Apple problem.....
