iPhone subscription but now on Android with Pixel Watch

I used to have an iPhone, and I started my three months trial subscription. Now I have a Pixel 7 and a Pixel Watch, and I want the 12 months of premium subscription included on the PW. It is showing my Apple premium subscription (canceled and expiring on January 25) on the Fitbit website. How can I get my 12 months free premium subscription and how can I change my subscription from Apple?
