I have the need to change my payment method for Fitbit premium membership, Seems the credit card I was using to pay my monthly subscription was compromised and I need to use another credit card

I'm with RichieE. Ive spent 2 hrs trying to source information to change my payment method and then an unhelpful exchange with a support team member whose email I am still waiting for. Fibtit customer service sucks dogs d$#@s
Try adding having to change USA iphone to Australian iphone and you get an idea of howe pissed off I am right now

Same here. I was just about there - them "there was a problem with the system - try again". Do you want my payment or not!! I'm about ready to trash my fitbit. Customer service and prices with Garmen was much better.
