Where to update Fitbit Premium billing?

I'm needing to update the card for billing my premium account.  When I go on the app, I click my profile pic >> Account Settings >> Manage Subscriptions, which is what I was told when I first signed up for the premium account.  Nothing is showing up there, and when I hit Restore Purchases, it says there no subscription.

 

I had a very hard time when I first signed up for premium on getting any information for signing in.

Hello

While there isn't an option to edit your card details, you can remove your card and add it again in the Fitbit app:
Open the Fitbit app on your phone.
Tap your profile picture > Versa 2 > Wallet tile.
Tap the card you want to delete.
Tap Remove Card.
