HR on Xbox

I don't understand why this has been so difficult to find a clear answer on how to get this to work.  Let me see if I can get this right:  if you have just a fitbit device with an HR monitor and an Xbox One, it will not work.  What you need is another windows 10 device, such as a PC or a phone, that has the fitbit app installed.  Then to get the HR to sync you need to have the Xbox and PC powered on, and have the fitbit device synced.  Here is some advice to FitBit:  create a how to video or publish some information that better illustrates what is needed to connect the fitbit device to the app.  This should not be that difficult.  If I did not enjoy the trial so much I would have already deleted the app.  If the information I have is wrong, please someone write a response of how to actually get this to work that is clear and concise.

I have talked to two people in customer service, but still no answer on how to get the heart rate to work on the fitbit coach app on my xbox one.  If anyone has successfully gotten this to work please do reply.

@korbel Thanks for stopping by the Fitbit Community.

I hope I can clear some confusion about live heart rate data for you. With a Fitbit heart rate smartwatch/tracker you can view live heart rate on screen while doing a Coach workout  as long as you meet the requirements.

  • Requirements:
    • A Fitbit smartwatch/tracker that tracks heart rate
    • Xbox with the Fitbit Coach app installed
    • A Windows 10 device with the Fitbit app installed
  • You must also:
    • Use the same account to log in to the Fitbit Coach app and the Fitbit app
    • Use the same Microsoft account to log in on each Windows 10 device/Xbox

For full info and help with setup check out: Can I view live heart rate data in the Fitbit Coach app?. I hope that helps.

I would like you to provide me with more details:

- Have you followed all the steps mentioned on this article

- Are you receiving any error message?

Keep me posted.

I have. Just out of all the redirecting and a plethora of different things
to try which I have tried. How about you just fix the problem and make it
really easy to connect. Thank you for pretending to care.
