I discovered today on my phone account that i have been charged for Fitbit Premium but have NEVER used it as unaware I had anything extra. Does the free trial roll over to be a subscription automatically? Cannot remember even signing up for a free trial. My account would show I never activated the Fitbit Premium. Is there any chance of a refund since this was never used and a genuine mistake?

Absolutely no, was the response to any compensation.
Said my Fitbit may have come with a free premium subscription and just carried over.
So check carefully is my advice.
My call got cut off mid stream but decided to put my energy somewhere else as they didn't want to know.
