When I go to my health metrics, I get a request to agree and in the agreement it mentions “premium subscription”. Health Metrics has always been free, at least the sections of it that’s mentioned in the subject agreement, like skin temp, O2, etc. Are you asking to agree to additional cost for the past items that were available in the health metrics.section without charge ?

I have had Premium membership for over a year and regularly use the Health Metrics tile. I logged in this morning and all of the data appears to be gone...it has asked me to 'Get Started' and set it up. Has anyone else had this issue and successfully resolved it? Thanks 🙂

Makes me agree to terms every time I open the health metrics on charge 5.

@mandacat I noticed the same thing on my Health Metrics today. I agree and can see my stats. When I leave the Health Metrics, then tap the tile again, I need to agree again. There are health metrics available to users that don't require premium. I think the difference is that Premium users can see a 90-day trend.
This seems like a new bug. I am going to report this to a moderator. I am an iPhone user. Do you use Android or iPhone?

This started today for some reason.
Every time I press the "Health metrics" option in the App, I see this intro screen. Then I press the "Get started" and "I agree". Though I see the health Metrics afterwards, next time I try to press the metrics this loop starts again.
Anyone else is having this issue?
Thanks

The same thing is happening to me today. Despite being a fitbit premium user, this same message is appearing for me. I have to agree to the contract to see my stats whenever I open health metrics.

I had the same issue this morning with the Health Metrics, and it worked fine yesterday. Not sure what to do about it. I don't want to start over, I've been using it for a about a year too.

Happening to me today too. I was afraid by clicking the “I agree” button, I’d be signing up for the Premium subscription, and I don’t want to do that.

@BellyoftheBeast I am merging your post with that thread, so you won't need any extra steps to follow this issue. Although these posts are in the Charge 5 forum, this isn't a device issue. I use a Versa 3.
When a moderator joins, they will want to know if you use an Android or iPhone. An issue like this is often limited to one platform.

@Criterion @TheBobbimarie I noticed this first thing today, too. I notified a moderator. This isn't specific to the Sense. I wear a Versa 3 and found reports in the Charge 5 forum.

I have the same thing going on in my app. Not sure why it appeared after almost 2 years using the app. It’s treating me as if I am new to health metrics and must agree to a disclaimer if I want to view metrics,
If I agree, I can view. However when I exit and return it treats me as if I never agreed, hence the loop Criterion states.
Once fine but every single time NO

Good morning, starting today the Getting Started screens are coming up when I open Health Metrics. After tapping through two screens I get to the data and it appears normal. Any way to stop this from happening? I have force quit the app and shut down the phone.
