I was bumped into paid premium after getting the free trial with Luxe. Firstly, people should be asked to opt-in rather than put in automatically.
It is impossible to cancel the premium from account or dashboard. I have to contact help?
This is guerilla sales and I am disappointed. Be like other companies and make it easy for people to manage their accounts and subscriptions please.

Depends where you sign for Premium?
- If via Google Play Store o Apple App Store - cancel there.
- If from their page (fitbit.com) or then you bought new device with Premium Trial - cancel is from website:
https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/account/subscriptions
