I have a Charge 6 and I wanted to start my Fitbit premium free 6-month trial but my subscription was cancelled. How can it be activated?

@Loriana  Hey there! Welcome to the community.

It is actually the best possible scenario to avoid automatic renewal. If you purchased a subscription before getting the watch and you won't cancel it, you'll be automatically charged.

Now that you have your free trial pending, you just need to set up the device on your account. You'll eventually be prompted to redeem it.
