How do I activate Charge 6 Premium trial?

I currently was 3 months into my free trail then decided to get the Fitbit charge 6 which said it comes with a 6 month free trail as well. When I set my device up it never prompted me to activate the 6 month membership. Is this because I was already in a free trial for the 3 months? Does anyone know how I can obtain the 6 month free trail as well?

I'm happy to clarify the situation with free trials. Unfortunately, you can't activate a free trial while you have an active subscription.

Here's what you can do:

  1. Cancel your current subscription.
  2. Wait for your current subscription to expire completely.
  3. Once expired, you can then activate the free trial.
