How do I add free trial to existing subscription?

Replaced Glitching 18month old Charge 5 w/Charge 6 how do I add the free 6 month premium membership to my existing membership?

Thanks for letting me know about your Charge 6. In regards to your question, since you have an active Premium subscription, you need to cancel and wait until it expires. About 1-3 days after your canceled subscription expires, you'll see an offer in the Fitbit app to begin the trial. For instructions on how to cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription, let me recommend this help article.

I received my new replacement charge 6 and I didn't catch the extended warranty option when I purchased it from Google store as I did purchase an extended warranty for past fitbits which i actually used to replace my charge 5 after 8 months. Can I still purchase warranty, I believe I'm still within 30 days since order through Google Store.

You're welcome and yes, you can add an extended warranty to any device purchased from Google Store within 30 days. To do so, I'd recommend going to the Preferred Care management page, locate the device order you’d like to add Preferred Care to and click Review and buy. Once Preferred Care is purchased, you'll receive a separated email with a confirmation order.
