How do I cancel Fitbit Premium without device?

Hello,

I purchased a Fitbit Charge 5 in December 2023, it's not working anymore.
The screen does not turn on anymore, the reset procedure doesn't solve it.
So how do I cancel the premium subscription without the device.

Thanks for letting me know about your Charge 5. Since Premium is linked to your account, you can cancel it at any time regardless of the status of your device. For subscriptions acquired on the Google Store, I'd recommend the following:

  1. Go to the Google Store, click the account icon and log in with the Google Account connected to your Fitbit Premium subscription.
  2. Click your profile picture on the top right Subscriptions.
  3. Tap a subscription Payment Detail > Cancel Subscription.


If by any chance you got subscribed using a different method, please check this help article and give a try to the instructions described there.

The subscription is not visible in the app or the web site or in the google account. It's in a trial period until June 27th. How to stop it if it's not listed in the lists. How to get money back if the subscription suddenly appears in le lists after the 27th ?

Thanks for getting back with additional information, as well as your efforts. I understand your concern and if you sign in to the Fitbit app using a Google account, my best advice would be to visit support.google.com to manage or cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription. You can also check this article from Google Play Help for guidance on how to manage your Google subscriptions.

Hi LizzyFitBit, the Fitbit Premium is not listed in the subscriptions on my Google account even now. This answer does not help, please check on your side what is the correct answer. I saw too many posts in this community about the impossibility to cancel by following the steps describe, Fitbit moderators should check with Fitbit and Google what is not working in this process. Best regards

Hi,
I finally managed to cancel the Fitbit Premium, the subscription was in a separate google account. 
As I was receiving all mail in my main account, I also supposed that the subscription was in this account.
Sorry for the confusion and thank you for your patience.
