I have had my fitbit over a year with no problems. Unfortunately I decided to try the free premium trial membership and have nothing but problems now! ☹️ I have tried canceling but no luck, I am afraid I will have to wait until the free trial ends. Can anyone help?

I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy with Fitbit Premium. However, even if you cancel the subscription, you will still have access to Fitbit Premium features until the end of the 6-month trial.
Therefore, it would be very helpful if you could explain a little bit more about the problems you're facing, as asked by @Heather-S earlier.
