How do I cancel the premium subscription

I have tried to cancel but no option on Fitbit app, webpage, Google play or PayPal to cancel. I am charged every month but not sure from where

@Soozieg Have you tried these steps?

  • Tap on your profile photo in the upper left hand corner of the app
  • Tap Account Settings
  • Then tap Manage Subscriptions - Note: This will open Google Play or Apple Store Subscriptions
  • Tap on your Fitbit Premium and follow the steps to cancel

I called Fitbit and they say it doesn't show up on their side. Called Google, left on hold for 20 minutes. Went through their group support and followed their instructions to cancel. Doesn't show I have any subscriptions. They auto charge my credit card. I deleted my credit card. Out that money this year, but they shouldn't be able to get me again. Hurts them as well because I wanted to do a couple of other subscriptions when I move in 2 months.
