Hello. I purchased my Fitbit watch and original premium annual subscription in the UK. I have now moved to the US. I was told by a Google Play representative that I should cancel my original subscription (which is due for renewal tomorrow) and open a new one in the US. I have cancelled the old one but the only option seems to be to resubscribe with the same details and be charged in British currency. I even updated my payment method in Google to my US card, and my Google Play profile and Fitbit profile are set to US, so I don't know why I can't simply subscribe from scratch. Can anyone advise how to do this? Do I need to completely delete my Fitbit account (as distinct from my premium subscription)?
