Here is an excerpt from Terms of Service:
"No Refunds on Subscriptions. When you cancel a Subscription, you cancel only future charges for your Subscription. You will not receive a refund for the current Subscription Term you paid for, but you will continue to have full access to that Subscription until the end of that current Subscription Term. At any time for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration (“credits”) to some or all of our users. The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion."
I want a refund. How do I get one?

@largeobject I understand your frustration over the web dashboard and I'm not a Fitbit employee. Please don'r be angry with me. Unfortunately, this is another excerpt from the Terms of Service:
Changes to the Fitbit Service. Fitbit may change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any feature, component, or content of the Fitbit Service at any time without notice.
I know that Fitbit gave refunds to users when they removed the Premium challenges and adventures. Here is a link to contact Support to make a request. I don't think it will be granted. There is no Premium content on the web.
