How is it a High Tech Company can make it so difficult to change your preferred payment ???????????? Shouldn't be difficult at all but here we are WTF

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry that you've gone through this experience, and let's work on this together. Before anything else, may I know if you got your Premium subscription through iOS? Or was it from a different store? I'm asking this as the steps differ depending the store from which you made your purchase.
In the case of the Apple App Store, I'd recommend going to the App Store in order to manage your subscriptions. You can always get in touch with them for guidance, or cancel your subscription and start a new one using your new payment method.
