How do I purchase a fitbit protection plan

Hi @JoeDee89  when you set up a new device, you'll be prompted to sign up for extended protection. After three times, it won't pop up again. If you don't want to wait and you're within thirty days of the date of sale, go to squaretrade.com, which is now owned by Allstate to purchase it.
