I just got charged $130- for Fitbit premium. I wasn't notified that the free period was finishing. Just got the hefty charge. I have tried all day to find an Australian contact phone number or email. I talked to a bot on the site that basically said it couldn't help me. Could this be reported to ther Department of fair trading? I thought thery had to let you know the free period was ending legally speaking. I didn't even use it.
