My Fitbit just died and I won’t be able to get a new one right away. How can I pause my subscription until I replace it?

Thanks for sharing those details. Let me explain that currently it's not possible to pause a subscription from your account. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. While I understand that you'd prefer to use it once you have a Fitbit device, you can still use the rest of the Premium content directly on the Fitbit app.
Additionally, I'd encourage you to share this idea in the Product Feedback board so our developers can take it into consideration for future improvements.
