Tag to this question. I just bought a new one that came with free six months.
however my previous has a year of premium that was not yet up .
I did get an email some time ago that said they were doing new billing that would not continuous bill, I think ?
one really odd thing, I had an Hr when I bought my 5 that came with a paid year. It took like a month for the 5 to arrive. However the night I purchased everything my premium service started on that current Hr . I didn’t have to do anything.
wondering if I’m living out my service of the 5 or if the new service I just bought with the 6 kicked in.

@Ruby.Soho you will want to cancel premium before your year is up. Premium will continue to the end of the year. Once your premium has expired, you should be able to claim a free trial.

I replied to this yesterday and my reply was deleted??
I see I have an email from Google telling me I have duplicate subscriptions and one has been canceled. Looks like I lose the remaining months on my original. I never activated the new premium service with the new device. This was all done automatically.
Not happy with Google

When i try to activate free 6 month trial it asks me to pay the annual fee and not the free trial

@Jda826 is it really asking you to pay the annual fee, or asking for a form of payment?
Fitbit wants a form of payment for when the trial is up. If you do not wqnt to continue, you will want to cancel before the trial ended, bu
