So I've seen the "answers" on how to cancel but many state (But there's NOTHING there) and I had the same issue, because they make you sign in with an email but then use your google account to pay. Problem is if you're like me you have more than one email (mainly because you're forced to create more than one to access things) which can be a PITA....
So If you can't cancel your Fitbit premium check the subscriptions in ALL of your google accounts (I have 3) and it took me searching all of them to find the bloody thing.
Click the image icon to your account in the upper right hand corner (the one closest to the X for closing the page) (See image below)
then go to manage your google account.
Then go to payment and subscriptions.
and you can check there and remove the
premium.
I have seen 100's of people say they can't find it and can't figure out how to cancel it
but 95% of the time, it's a different google pay account then they one you've stuck with.
I hope this helps the ones who are really stuck and have gotten little help from fitbit
in general. I had the last agent I spoke with talk over me the whole time. It was
very frustrating. (and not one of them asked me if I had a different google account.)
because they want to leave users stumped as they won't give refunds and it's how
they make more money.
I figured this out on my own. So I hope it helps everyone else.
