When I attempt to get the 6 month Premium Trial that came with my Sense, it says Purchase Failed. Can someone help me get through this so I can take advantage of the 6 month Trial? Thanks.

@Daccer Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for stopping by and for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Premium Trial before reaching out.
If you're new to Fitbit Premium with the purchase of your Sense, you can start the free trial:
- Tap the Premium tab.
- Read the overview, and tap the button to get started.
- Choose a 1-year or monthly subscription to start after your trial, and follow the instructions to subscribe.
If you're a current Premium subscriber and want to activate the 6 months Premium trial, cancel your current subscription and then start the free trial. Learn more about it in this article.

Maybe you weren't able to read my post, but when I attempt to enter Premium, it says Purchase Failed.

I'm having the same problem and customer support offering zero support. Their first reply was:
"Just to let you know, android customers can't purchase premium using the Fitbit app and Google Play (they can still purchase on fitbit.com)."
Can you believe this? They should be properly sued for misleading advertising. The website only gives a 3 months trial, not the months as advertised, and they're claiming I can't use the app to get the trial, even though the app is pushing me every day to get premium.
Unacceptable and never buying Fitbit products again.

Sounds very strange. I got this from support today: "If the Fitbit device you purchased indicates that it includes a trial period of Fitbit Premium, but you're already a Fitbit Premium member, you'll need to cancel your Premium subscription to activate your trial. You'll see an offer in the Fitbit app to start your trial about one to three days after your canceled subscription expires"
I have always managed my Fitbit Premium subscription from Google Play.

I get purchased failed as well but I also get a link to Google Payment Center which basically tells me my account has been suspended until I give them my government id, proof of address, and my kidney or something. I go to fitbit website and only get 3 month trial instead of the 6 month I was being offered on the FitBit app.
