My premium subscription does not appear to have ever started and now my fitbit has cratered. I have to cancel while it is still in free trial. Will not pay for something I cannot use. There does not appear to be any way to do this. Please help. This is taking far too long!

If your Premium subscription isn't showing on your Fitbit app, please restore your purchases by doing the following:
> your profile picture.
In regards to the cancellation of your subscription, it needs to be done on the store that you purchased it from. Full instructions on how to do it can be found here.
