I have been trying to cancel my premium subscription for a couple of weeks before they charge me.
Nothing has worked.
Every forum has told me to go to Google Play then go to subscriptions and cancel it from there but theres nothing there but when I was charged it was through Google pay!
I can't figure it out and I'm quite upset

"you need to do the following procedure to cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription:
> your profile picture.
Once you're redirected to Google Play please make sure to follow this procedure to cancel the subscription on Google Play.
Keep in mind that Fitbit subscriptions are non-refundable. However you could always contact Google Play, sometimes they provide refunds. "

@AngryUser100 I'd imagine with the holidays and being short staffed due to the worldwide corona 19 virus problems, it might take them a bit of time to get with you.

When i go in to notify substrictions there is not a fitbit app there to click on what am i doing wrong done click on today then edit then account settings then subscriptions
