Fitbit Coach shut down on July 30, 2021. Fitbit Coach workout content is now available in the Fitbit app, allowing you to use one app going forward. Access a variety of workouts and a range of additional features with a Fitbit Premium membership in the Fitbit app.

I am struggling to cancel my premium website and when the detail on your website is not up to date then this is very unhelpful, and my motivation for this comment - I hate that idea of acting like a keyboard warrior but on my apps or services like this, the cancelling process should not be as challenging as difficult as it is.  I have tried a couple times via the support page, and low and behold ran out of time and was hit with the charge after the free trail period.... 

 

I have tried the advice of going to the TODAY screen and then pressing on my photo for my account then under settings looking at the Account Settings to manage subscriptions bu there is no subscription there.  I can see my apple tv subscription and a canceled Amazon Prime Video subscription... another extremely tricky subscription to cancel.  I would love help with this...

From a Moderator: "you need to do the following procedure to cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription: 

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab  
     

     > your profile picture.

  2. Scroll down and tap Manage Subscriptions. Your active subscriptions open in your phone’s app store.
  3. Tap your Fitbit Premium subscription > Cancel Subscription. Note that you won't see this option if you already canceled your subscription. Your subscription expires at the end of your current monthly or yearly subscription term.

Once you're redirected to Google Play please make sure to follow this procedure to cancel the subscription on Google Play. 

 

Keep in mind that Fitbit subscriptions are non-refundable. However you could always contact Google Play, sometimes they provide refunds. "
