Hi,
my 6 month premium subscription I got through the purchase of my Fitbit Sense 2 today got automatically renewed (at least only by a month) by just deducting the cost from my credit card.
I tried now to cancel the subscription at least for the future, but it is not possible.
I get an error when I try to go to
https://www.fitbit.com/global/at/account/subscriptions
saying "Error encountered"
I even do not see that I'm premium user inside the Fitbit App... what do I pay for? and how can I avoid paying for nothing in future???

Hi, @Wutzler! According to this help article, it looks like you might need to contact Fitbit Support.
