Thanks for the reply. I contacted Fitbit directly and spoke with a live person. At the end, he gave me a reference number and told me it would be taken care of. I received an email from Fitbit confirming the Premium membership was discontinued and my FitBit app shows that it is gone! Impressed that I spoke with a live person and the issue was taken care of in a short time and with only 1 phone call!
