I shared my referral code to my wife so that she could sign up for the paid version (Fitbit Coach). But when she signed up there was no where to place a referral code in tha Apple Store, it just when a head and signed her up. Any advice?

Hey there @AndrewStuart! In order to use the referral code, she needs to log into her online account and not from the app as this setting won't be available there. Once, you're in your Fitbit Coach account > go to settings > scroll down and you'll get the Referral Code part > enter it there and it will apply to the current subscription.
Also, confirm you turn off auto-renewal for the current subscription.
