I got charged for a Premium trial

I purchased a new Fitbit versa 4 in May and commenced "my free" 6 months premium subscription. 

However this didn't appear to be free and I was subsequently charged for 2 months. I didn't realise I was being charged no warning nothing and by the time I realised the 2 months charge was taken.

I have since cancelled and have contacted Fitbit numerous times for a refund as I was entitled to a free trial.

I have had fitbits for several years but this issue has really put me off staying with them. I'm really not happy about having paid 2 months of a subscription which I would never have tried only I was getting a "free trial"

Thanks for the detailed information, and the steps that you've tried prior to posting. I understand where you're coming from and I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. This is odd and so I can further investigate, may I know if you had another Fitbit device before your Versa 4, or if a different trial was started on your account?

In the meantime, I'd suggest force quitting the Fitbit app, rebooting your phone and checking if the Fitbit app still offers a free trial or not.
