I didn't get an answer to this through customer support. I want to remove the trial version from my phone. I canceled my subscription, but they say I will not be charged in July, but I will still receive the free trial. I cannot get the message across that I do not want the free trial. I want it turned off. I want to see my sleep graph the way it used to show up, but I can't anymore. I have to look at the premium version of my sleep analysis and I hate it! How can I turn this off?

I'll be happy to clarify your inquiry about Premium membership.
I would like you to confirm you've canceled your subscription following these instructions. When you cancel your subscription, it will avoid that you get charged once your trial ends. However, you'll have access to the Premium on your app. It will go back to the normal view after the Premium ends.
In the meantime, you may want to check your sleep pattern on your online Dashboard, it will show as you previously had it on the app.

I really agree I do not like the premium view I already cancelled the subscription and I really wish you guys would make this go back to the way it was this doesn’t make any sense and I don’t like it one bit. You’ve made it more complicated I look at this everyday and now I have to click multiple areas to find the info where I used to just scroll.
