I’ve been paying for the premium service. I just paid another bill but I want to cancel.
if I cancel now will I get to keep using the service until this billing period ends being that Ive already paid?

You're able to cancel your Fitbit Premium now and continue using the service until the billing period ends. Instructions on how to cancel this could be found in this article.

Hey, I cancelled my subscription long ago but I'm still being charged every month for it. I spoke to Customer service but they were least helpful. Can I just go ahead and delete my account? Will this cancel the membership?

I appreciate that you mentioned you contacted our Support team, sorry to hear about your experience, your feedback is truly appreciated as we're always striving to improve our Customer Service.
In order to cancel your Fitbit Premium membership, you'll need to visit the store where you purchased it from. For example, if you subscribed using Google Play, visit this article to learn how to cancel memberships purchased from there.
Once this has been cancelled, you won't see the "Cancel Subscription" option.
