How do I enable wellness notifications?

Hi! I have premium but I can’t for the life of me work out how to enable the wellness notifications. I’ve followed all the steps I’ve seen online and still I can’t find it. Can you help?

I appreciate the procedure followed prior to posting. I would like you to confirm that you're following these steps to enable them: 

1. In the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > your device image
1. Scroll down until you find > Health & Wellness Reminders.
2. Turn on the reminders you'd like to enable

If after following the procedure mentioned above, you're still not seeing it, please attach a screenshot of the options you receive when you scroll down in your profile picture image.

Hi Silvia - thanks for getting back to me. I don’t seem to have the option to add photos to my post?

I’ve double checked and there definitely isn’t the option as explained in that link. I am using a mobile if that makes any difference? Which it shouldn’t really...
