I'd like to export the Premium Health Metrics (Breathing Rate, HRV, SPO2, etc) to be able to show my physician. These metrics are not included in the standard Export dashboard. How do I do this?

Thanks for the instructions. However, how do I export my HRV, Breath Rate, and SpO2 lifetime data or monthly data?

@sdtri619 Welcome to the Fitbit Community.
Once you export your complete archive file, all that information will be included. At the moment, you can export monthly data for body, foods, activities and sleep. Learn more about it in this article How do I export my Fitbit account data?
Hope this helps.

Unfortunately, it does not provide HRV, Breath Rate, and Sp02. I do not care much about body, foods, and activities. Are there future plans to add HRV, Breath Rate, and Sp02?

@sdtri619 Thank you for getting back. Note that this is available in your "Archive file" , to do so, you may export your data directly from your Fitbit account settings by logging into Fitbit.com and visiting https://www.fitbit.com/settings/data/export.
To export your health metrics data, please use the second data export option titled, 'Export Your Account Archive'. Once you have downloaded your data, you may find your health metrics data in the folder titled 'Sleep'.
Hope this helps.
