I’ve signed up to the Get Moving plan which has been fine but I’ve gone to do the next one and it say the download has failed. I’ve managed to download another program however this one still won’t and I’ve tried for a few days now. Any advice please?

I still have this issue today and I cannot continue with the challenge I paid for on premium. I tried all the suggested methods above however nothing has worked.

I am also having this same issue. I wanted to start the Beginner Running guided program today but the workout will never download. It doesn’t say it has failed but it will never finish. I have also tried all the troubleshooting suggestions. Any other advice? I just downloaded the app yesterday.

Same issue here, I can't download any workouts. Really annoying especially as I paid for premium and want to improve but can't even use the app.

I have been trying to download workouts and none of those solutions worked. It appears this has been going on for months. Is there another solution?

I'm having this issue too, with the Get Moving program. I did notice I had data management set to "Wifi Only" and I wasn't near Wifi. That fixed it for a day. Now it won't load Cardio Rhythm and I am standing 15 from my Wifi router.
Related(?) In the past, when workouts have downloaded, they don't seem to cache so that the download will go faster next time - which would make sense. I deleted over 400 temp files the other day, all from "Fitstar." Can these either cache so that downloads go quickly, or be auto-deleted when I finish the workout? I do not believe I have performed over 400 unique & individual exercise maneuvers through this app.

You can try the things at the top, re: force quit, un/reinstall, etc. But it mostly seems to be a matter of time. Maybe it downloads today, maybe you have to wait for tomorrow.

I’m having the same problem. The download starts but can’t finish and I already tried all the things you suggested.

I'm doing beginner Bodyweight and am experiencing the same issue. For 3 weeks the workouts downloaded fine, now I'm on the final 2 workouts of the plan and the download button just spins round and round. It's annoying to be ready to workout and have tech issues.

Same problem. Unsubscribe the premium already until Fitbit can fix this.
