Hi Everyone,
I tried out fitbit coach months ago and gave up, thought it was too hard and didn't enjoy it. Trying to become a non 19stone couch potato and booted coach up again and found out why I didn't like it before.
Arms/Shoulders - 8
Core - 8
Chest - 9
Legs - 8
Back - 6
Cardio - 9
The moves its asking me to do, superman would find difficult. Not sure how this data was calculated, it has the right information within fitbit about my weight, height and activity levels. I've asked livechat to see if this data can be removed, or retake the fit test however not sure if my request was clear enough.
How can I start again please? Searching this form asked support to remove data, or something about deleting account, but all I can see is to delete entire fitbit account.
Moderator Edit: Clarified Subject.

Hi there, @Krypter. You may want to look over the Coach Help pages. They should be able to answer your questions.

Hello @Krypter, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board, it's nice to see you too @SunsetRunner, thanks for all your help
@Krypter, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that after you finish a set of repetitions in a Coach workout you can share feedback about how easy or how intense those repetitions were for you, this will be helpful to adjust future workouts.
At this moment it's not possible to re-take the Fit Test, however you have the option to unlink your current Coach account from the Fitbit app by going to the Application Settings in the online Dashboard. In here click on Revoke Access under Fitstar and Fitbit Coach. After that go to the Fitbit Coach website, log in with your credentials and go to your user settings. Scroll down and click on "Disconnect" next to Fitbit.
Then, you can create a new Coach account with a different email address and link it with your Fitbit account. I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome.

I know you are doing your best to be helpful. However, I find it silly that the "fix" is to make a new account and start over that way. I initially setup Coach at work and I started the fit test to see what it was like but didn't have time or privacy to complete it so I just cancelled out thinking "I'll do this when I get home". Instead, the app set all my answers to "this is easy" and now all my suggestions going forward are ridiculously difficult.
This is a serious design flaw.
In the Google Play store the E-mail for Support is "support@fitstar.com". I'm going to E-mail there and ask for a feature request to allow us to retake the fit test. I encourage others to do t he same.

I know this is an old thread, but this is a bad design. I took the test 2 years ago. Then got a sit down job, gained weight and now nowhere near the fitness level I was. Creating a new account just to retake the fitness test is silly. Putting a comment here in the hopes this might help inspire an option to reasses our fitness levels. And I’m now not seeing any beginner level programs. Just medium and hard.

@Cyllanseth Welcome back to the Community. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about the FitTest.
Since you're no longer on the level that you were before, you may want to change your program to Get Moving and start rating your sessions. Your workouts will customized and provide you with easier sessions each time.
If you would like that this FitTest could be taken more than once, please post your idea in our Feature Suggestion board, those are reviewed by our team and the status will change depending on our Fitbit's plans.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
